• Interdisciplinary Sustainable Agriculture Network (ISAN) A community-based network that aims to create a space for learning and sharing ideas about sustainable agriculture in Western Canada. ISAN also aims to build collaborations with community organizations and Indigenous groups. 
• Alberta Digitalization Agriculture (ABDIAG) A three-year program launched in October 2023 by the Simpson Centre for Food and Agricultural Policy. The program aims to increase the adoption of digital technologies in Alberta agriculture, such as robotics, artificial intelligence, and smart devices. The program also aims to reduce the carbon and water footprint of agricultural production. 
• Ag Literacy for Healthier People and Planet A program launched by the Simpson Centre for Food and Agricultural Policy with funding from the Bank of Montreal. The program aims to help society better understand the complexities of the agricultural system and how it relates to health and the planet. 
• Agri-Food and Bioindustrial Innovation Program (ABIP) A program that aims to build on the strengths of Alberta's agri-food and forestry sectors and develop new markets and opportunities. The program's objectives include increasing productivity, reducing production costs, and increasing environmental sustainability.
